The annual Rock In River Fest & PA Stone Skipping Championship at Franklin's Riverfront Park was full of fun, community & competition. Buss Byars of Franklin, the reigning Guiness Record Holder for stone skipping at 51 touches, reclaimed his PA title against a field including former world record holder Kurt Steiner of Emporium and last year's surprise PA champion, Grant Mitchell of Phillie.
